Chandri-sOMa Yoga
In life everything pulses, from the highest to lowest frequency everything is in motion. In each cycle there is a movement from empty to full, start to stop, positive to negative, from action to rest. Awareness of these cycles opens the doorway to master the art of surrender - letting go of the need to have control, we can learn to tune into these cycles and work with them rather than against them.
Classes taught by Andrea follow the Moon's cycle and are based on a variety of both dynamic and static postures as well as mantra and breathing techniques by which there follows a deep journey into the heart, where the body, mind and soul meet.
On a one to one basis the sessions are tailor made based on the natal chart and chakra test. Independent research over the years has found that certain yoga-asana benefit certain zodiac signs, practised regularly these postures enhance the vitality and health of the native. They will re-energise your body, release stress, free your mind and bring back balance to relax and calm you and the result is always restful and healing. Needless to say, all yoga-asana can be done by everyone provided they are not medically contra-indicated.
