Details: Preserve your inner being and preserve the Rainforest
with Zamu. Andrea will lead a 2 hr High Vibration Class that will also include internal flow yoga, pranayama, mantra and yoga nidra. During this session we shall acknowledge and an infuse the universal energies that effect each one of us by tapping into the energies at the New moon phase. (The Moon in Aquarius)
Food/ drink from the bar is at an extra cost.
Bring yoga mat, blanket and block if you have one.

In life everything pulses, from the highest to lowest frequency everything is in motion. In each cycle there is a movement from empty to full, start to stop, positive to negative, from action to rest. Awareness of these cycles opens the doorway to master the art of surrender - letting go of the need to have control, we can learn to tune into these cycles and work with them rather than against them.
