The Zodiac Body
The classes I teach follow the Moon's cycle and are based on a variety of both dynamic and static postures as well as mantra and breathing techniques by which there follows a deep journey into the heart, where the body, mind and soul meet.
Relaxation & Attuning
Gentle limbering with emphasis on freeing the spine
Dynamic flowing sequences, occasionally combined with mantra
Soft or dynamic back bends (dependent on experience)
Forward bends & twists to counter pose
Inversions - Pranayama - Meditation - Relaxation - Yoga Nidra

Chandri-sOMa Yoga
In life everything pulses, from the highest to lowest frequency everything is in motion. In each cycle there is a movement from empty to full, start to stop, positive to negative, from action to rest. Awareness of these cycles opens the doorway to master the art of surrender - letting go of the need to have control, we can learn to tune into these cycles and work with them rather than against them.
