The Full Moon energy focus is on our connection to all that is and on releasing our feelings of gratitude
We can all best receive the healing transmission by sitting for meditation anytime between the hours of around 7-10pm, your local time. The exact timing isn't critical. Just make yourself available by forming the spiritual bridge between your heart and each lightworker across the universe, for unity consciousness.
Sit in a comfortable position, Affirm and call light to you and then set your intention, dropping the mind and opening the heart to take unified thoughts of love, joy, truth and self mastery and focus on strengthening the grid of light around our planet.... with feelings of gratitude spread the vibrations of peace to all.
Meditation tips
Relax and be open to receive.
Surround yourself in white light and connect to and invoke your own guidance system
Affirm your intentions and place these in your heart
Set intention to connect to the Crystalline Grid and to our assisting Gaia's transition
Keep the body calm and the mind dissolved
You may nod off... and this is okay. You will still receive.
Your intention and opening to receive is very important, it is what pulls the energy to you.
Whatever you experience is perfect for you. The energy can never hurt you, you are safe!
