This yoga retreat is for everyone who loves yoga and/or kirtan, and wants to practice in a beautiful setting. You are invited to a weekend where you can step back from everyday life and take some time out for yourself. You will be exploring different aspects of yoga and learning through experience how these styles and techniques effect our body, spirit and mind. It will also be a weekend filled with fun and an opportunity to meet new people.

There will be yoga twice a day 8am and 5pm (except Wednesday- this is a free day ) plus:
the opportunity to snorkel and dive in one of the most stunning coral reefs in the world,
spend a night in the mountains on a yoga safari with the Bedouins,
go horse back riding in the desert and mountains on well cared for Arabian horses, and
the chance to swim with Dolphins at a nearby resort to be arranged on the Wednesday for those who wish to have this experience.

Free Style Yoga Teens
These classes last 45 minutes and are performed to upbeat music they are both beneficial and great fun at the same time. Included are breathing and concentration exercises which are taught to help children of all ages learn simple coping strategies for the enormous sense of pressure they are often found under in todays society.
Classes available for children between the age of 8-11 and 11-16 years in local schools in east London.
