How you can rebalance and revitalise at a cellular/DNA level & create a more radiant body
How to create a more peace-full mind enabling you to be more present to the joy of life!
How to increase your internal flow of energy
How to increase your natural in-tution
How to use your voice tuned with sacred sound to:

  • Clear stuck energy and harmonise and ground any stress-related energy/tension
  • Awaken your heart to more love and compassion for yourself & others
  • Deepen your spiritual connection through activating your pineal and using the universal light symbol the Flower of Life
  • Activate your Light Body with the power of the 396Hz and 528Hz Zobet/solfeggio frequencies

 .

Pioneered by Ashera Hart and Andrea Tteja ( More about Ashera's amazing work with sound healing here) UniPhi yoga is a new and innovative type of yoga which incorporates the use of the sacred sonic codes of the Zobet (solfeggio) together with the power of your own voice whilst practicing yoga to help take the body to a deeper level of unification within, by clearing stress from the body and more deeply grounding and also tuning into a more loving way of being and honouring your body. The frequencies of the Zobet correspond to the mathematics of creation and are a direct way of helping the body and your whole being align on all levels and they also help the body bring in a higher vibration particularly in preparation for the shift currently happening on the planet in the lead up to 2012.

A retreat is planned to Egypt 24-30 October 2010, see flyer below or scroll down for further information.

This is a yoga vacation with a difference with lots to do and see, plenty of sunshine and only 5 hours from the UK.  If you like a holiday where you can be active and also feel deeply relaxed, our yoga holiday is your dream come true.  This is a perfect place to bring your non-yoga partner and friends, lots for them to do – they can dive, snorkel , ride, have beauty/ massage treatments or just laze on the beach.  The choice is theirs!  There will be two classes per day running from the Monday to Saturday inclusive (with the Wednesday free to join us on a dolphin swin (optional).

Our location – Dahab

Originally Dahab was an untouched palm-fringed bay visited by Bedouins during the summer months for the fresh breeze and ample supply of fish. Gradually travellers and backpackers discovered the place and a few camps and beachside restaurants grew up.

Over more recent years Dahab has grown into being a unique tourist destination and it has benefited from the diving community who come there to dive.  It retains the original laid-back atmosphere whilst offering the comfort and facilities modern tourists expect.  It is excellent for snorkelling, diving, windsurfing and camel trekking, or for just “chilling out”.

Other potential activities include:-

  • snorkel and dive in one of the most stunning coral reefs in the world – ‘try dives’ are available from the on-site diving school.  Diving is all year round.
  • spend a night in the mountains on a safari with the Bedouins
  • go horseback riding into the deserts and mountains on well-cared for Arabian horses or camels.  It’s a lovely thing to do and if you arrange direct with the hotel, the horses can be booked to pick you up at the hotel on the beachfront
  • climb Mount Sinai and visit St Catherine’s Monastery
  • overnight trip to Cairo
  • dolphin swim in Sharm El Sheikh (30 minute swim) on the Wednesday of the retreat.  This is an optional extra so let us know if you’d like to join us and please book direct with the hotel. Price is 300 LE per person (approximately £33.50) which includes the approximate journey time of 1 hour there and back.  Each person will have a chance to swim with the dolphins for 30 minutes.

If you’d like to book any of the excursions above please deal with the hotel direct regarding prices and booking.  You can email your booking direct to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Their phone/fax number is +20693 641 272.

One guest review had this to say about the Seaview:-

“Normally I don’t take the time to write a review of the places we have stayed around the world, however this time I will make an exception. The Seaview Resort in Dahab is an incredible value for the money. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. No request is beyond their capabilities. You feel immediately at home there. Of particular note, are the wonderful staff members Ayman, Hafiz, Mohammed “one” and “two”, and the ever-present and wonderful owner Adel. The rooms are clean and newly renovated, with air conditioning, refrigerator and TV standard. The water is always hot and the a/c cold. Relaxing on the balcony overlooking the Red Sea, is priceless. The swimming pool is warm, large and always clean, with a wading pool for the children. The hotel restaurant directly on the water’s edge serves delicious food and is very reasonably priced. The hotel’s Diving Center has a complete Dive Program and a long list of local tour opportunities. Having lived in Dahab for a year, several years ago, we know that all hotels are not as advertised. This resort is an exception. We came to stay one night and ended up staying a month !!! We highly recommend the Seaview Resort for a relaxing and fun-filled Dahab experience. We certainly will return soon…”

Client testimonials

The following clients have this to say about Ashera and Andrea’s work:-

Ashera

“When Ashera began to apply the use of the frequencies during a group attunement, it was as if my BEing was already familiar with communication through the frequencies. I instantly began to feel myself smiling beyond the smile on my face. There was a sense of ‘knowing’ beyond my current intellectual understanding. My energy body enlivened by the sounds to the point of overwhelm, followed by the overpouring of tears cascading in ecstatic bliss. Words cannot encapsulate the experience. If you are feeling drawn to work with Ashera and the frequencies I would recommend that you explore that calling (smile). – Kyla Williams, Innerlight Pregnancy, UK www.innerlightpregnancy.com

Andrea

I initially attended this Moon Cycle yoga class as a complete novice, and, I must confess, more than a little sceptical about the potential benefits. Having now enjoyed 5/6 sessions, I can honestly say that I am now an enthusiastic convert, convinced of the all round improvement in my physical and spiritual well being. Andrea is an excellent teacher who manages to inspire aspirations to achieve total serenity of body and mind. She is a very intelligent individual who appears to be able to effortlessly translate some of the more complicated routines into an easily understandable sequence of movements for the novice. If you desire to seek a window of contentment and spiritual awakening amidst the turmoil and stress of your everyday life, look no further. - Andrew Casey from FORDPARK PROPERTIES LTD reviewed Infin8space Yoga on 13 May 2009
