Justin Holt began his music career at the age of 14. He first learnt to play the guitar and then went on to play bass guitar, drums, and keyboard. He began writing songs when he was just 15. Justin pursued a degree in art and music; he composes music covering a wide range of genres and counts today over 100 complete songs and compositions.

Justin recently has been drawn to find out more about the healing benefits that music can produce.

“I became very interested in Dr. Emoto’s research about how thoughts can affect and change the molecules of water, knowing that our body is made up of mostly water, I began to experiment with different sound frequencies, arranging them to compose a new quality of music.

I discovered the benefits of Solfeggio Healing Tones by using them for my own self healing.  I found out which tones trigger these healing effects on my cellular body and DNA by playing them on repeat throughout the night and I began to instantly feel the calming effects on my whole being, I felt radiant as my mind became clearer and my energy levels increased.

I also explored combining Dr. Emoto’s work with the music I created by leaving a large container of water beside the speakers with an affirmation reflecting the frequency being used. Every morning I start my day with a healthy intake of this positively charged water – it has changed my life.

I am now studying further how each frequency contributes to heal at this deep level and I will continue to research these healing effects on the body and mind so that I may incorporate these tones into all my future songs and meditation music, this means that every person that listens to these tracks will benefit from the penetrative healing effect of each particular solfeggio tone on their energy body."
