ABOUT THE EVENT
The session will start with a 45 minute gentle guided movement practise to mobilise the joints and loosen the body in preparation for the sound journey. This will be guided by Shahana from @Infin8space.
Once settled into relaxation, Yasmin from @floweringfrequencies will play the beautiful sounds of the gong and Crystal sound bowls bringing your mind and body into a blissful harmonious union.
Please bring layers and a blanket if you have one and your yoga mat. Or let us know if you don't have a mat and we can provide one for you 💫🙏🏾
