Every year from April to September we bring our beloved

Nature's Rhythm sessions to the park where we can benefit from

the grounding energy of nature and enjoy some fresh air while we work.

More about Nature's Rhythm Yoga

Nature’s rhythm yoga will get you into the flow, coaching you to move in rhythm with the energies

that make up the whole of existence.

The yoga postures demonstrate the principles of movement, along with awareness of the elements

(Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space) and a realigning of the chakras (Energy Centre’s) for a holistic approach.

At the personal level, experiencing Nature’s rhythm yoga is a catalyst for transformation. The work opens the heart,

brings grounded empowerment to the personality, and a deeper connection to our authentic self and divine essence

for a feeling of expanded wellbeing.

It's an incredible practice and a wonderful way to heal and completely integrate body, mind and soul.

The four themes are fundamentally grounding, strengthening, creative movement and the harnessing of our energy.

Every Monday 6.30 pm, Wednesday 6.30 pm and Thursday 10.30 am
