We can do this by leaning how to spend time with ourselves and practice self-love.
I have created these classes with this in mind and focusing on your current needs.
The sessions will explore elements of my signature classes combining them with other methods that support us to stay strong mentally, physically and emotionally during these uncertain times.
Nature's Rhythm Yoga
The sessions are based on traditional Hatha yoga and comprised of four themed classes that attune you to the Moon’s cycle. With the elements of nature, the classes will take you into the flow and coach you to tune in to the rhythm of what makes up the whole of our existence.
Energy Aligment & Yoga Nidra
A combination of Pranayama (Breath Work) and Yoga Nidra (Deep Inner Conscious Relaxation) will help you to reconnect with yourself and look after yourself as a whole. Body, spirit and mind.

an INFIN8STUDIO class
There are only 3 spaces available for these classes. If you need to cancel please try to give enough notice so we can find a replacement for your spot
Due to the limited spaces please only book one of the Thursday studio classes so other community member can enjoy the in person yoga as well
a ZOOM class
Make sure you have enough space to practice the poses comfortably
Use a laptop, desktop computer or iPad for the stream. Try to avoid phone streaming
Check you a have strong internet connection and others are not streaming in the household
Have your device fully charged or directly plugged in
Show up 10-15 mins before the session to make sure there is enough time to overcome any technical difficulties that might occur
