Hello Yogis and beginner's looking to explore the physical practice of yoga!
If you like movement based practices and like to connect with other fun loving humans whilst exploring shapes and balances in a very supportive and inspirational environment- check out this 4 week beginners Acro Yoga in Woodford!
The teachers are brilliant and will guide and support you through the 2 hour workshop involving a warm up and cool down.
