Creating the space for deep inner diving

During the live session, you’ll be guided into presence through a short 10-minute practice, using the breath to regulate energy and settle the nervous system. This naturally leads into a 20-minute guided journey.

 

In this deeply receptive space, subconscious thoughts and feelings may gently surface, creating the conditions for  meaningful and lasting change from within.

 

These sessions are offered to support reconnection with yourself, deepen awareness of how you’re feeling and cultivate the ability to meet whatever is present in your life now, or may arise in the future, with steadiness and clarity.

A midweek reset for body and energy.

PRANAYAMA  (BREATHWORK)

YOGA NIDRA  (YOGIC SLEEP)

We begin with 10 minutes of guided pranayama, using conscious breath to settle the mind, balance the mood,

and restore the connection between body and awareness. Breathwork supports stress reduction, focus and the rejuvenation of vital organs, making it an essential foundation for a holistic yoga practice. Whether you are new to pranayama or rebuilding consistency, this practice helps establish a steady, supportive rhythm.

From there, you are guided into 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation often described as the equivalent of several hours of deep sleep. In this state of conscious rest, the body, senses and mind are invited to fully relax while awareness remains present.

 

Yoga Nidra allows you to step out of mental noise and emotional charge and into a space where everything rests in itself. Here, you are not pulled by outer influences or inner stories. Instead, you tune inward, restoring your system to its natural function and touching a sense of wholeness, tranquillity and wellbeing.
