deep inner conscious relaxation.
This is a free weekly check-in and support session
following on from our Full and New Moon events.
These sessions will help you stay grounded and keep up
the good work and intentions throughout the weeks and months.

Pranayama is a practice of breath regulation and I believe
it is a vital part of yoga for a holistic approach.
During our pranayama practice, we do not only
reduce stress, balance our mood, improve our focus but
we can also work towards rejuvenating our important organs. The goal of pranayama is to strengthen
the connection between your body and mind.
There are many ways you can do pranayama and if you are a beginner or trying to rebuild your old practice, your first step is to build a daily practice and the Weekly Energy Alignment sessions will help you do that.
Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep)
Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of deep sleep. A guided Yoga Nidra meditation can help you feel relaxed, restored and revived. It is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously through a systematic method that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
It is a state where everything rests in itself, where you are neither carried away by outer influences nor occupied by thoughts and emotions. This allows you to tune into yourself.
In Yoga Nidra, we restore our body, senses, and mind to their natural function and awaken a seventh sense that allows us to feel no separation, that only sees wholeness, tranquillity, and well-being.
