Infin8space - The Breathing Space Weekly yoga classes, with a combination of teachers bringing you the best in Dynamic Yoga through to Yin Yoga (gentle and restorative). If you already practice you will be aware of the benefits of yoga and how the classes make you feel. Our mission is to bring out the best in you - whether you are a beginner or a continued learner - you will be made to feel very welcome with our wonderful teachers who have years of experience in taking care of you during your practice.

Our team of dedicated teachers work together to create an atmosphere built on the values of community and transformative self-discovery.

The Breathing Space is dedicated to helping you achieve physical and mental well-being, constantly pushing beyond the boundaries of traditional yoga practice.  

Experienced Yogini's  Shahana Yasmin, Andrea Teja and Maggie Adesanya offer weekly classes that are designed to leave you feeling invigorated and focused, while also helping to improve your flexibility and overall health.


Our classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings and Thursday and Friday mornings and they include - Yin yoga, Power Yoga, Beginners yoga, Vinyasa, Nature's Rhythm Yoga and Yoga Nidra and more.


Our annual Summer Celebration is a highlight of the year, bringing together members of our community for a day of yoga, fun, and relaxation. 

Our Free event is held in the Field at Loughton Rugby/Football Club.  

We are also proud to introduce special events throughout the year that include transcendental experiences like Cacao Ceremonies featuring Shamans from Mexico, Yoga holidays and beginner Acro-Yoga courses, which brings the community together for laughter and fun in eccentric and creative ways.
