Within our gatherings, you’ll learn to nurture and nourish your body with simple postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that you can use every day in your own life:

~Learn how you can modify your practice and support your changing hormones 

~Practice pranayama (breathing) to feel centred, calm and balanced.

~Practise yoga poses and feel supported, for specific symptoms such as :

NO yoga experience is necessary to attend.

Guest Speakers

Every month, a guest speaker will talk on various subjects and treatments such as CBT, Prescription non-hormonal treatment, alternative therapies as well as nutrition to support our hormonal changes. 


1x self care rest and restore (yin style) Harmonic Heart yoga and breath-work session which will be recorded for replay and added to the facebook group.


Snacks and Tea will be provided at the circle on the last Wednesday of each month

This is the perfect complement to our circles and let us keep the ongoing support and sharing in between events. 

This membership has been created to include lots of different elements proven to improve mental health and general wellbeing. So having a community and accountability group will provide the optimal benefits.
