WEEKLY IN-PERSON SHARING CIRCLE
At our regular gatherings, you’ll learn to nurture and nourish your body with simple postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques that you can use every day in your own life:
~ Learn how you can modify your practice and support your changing hormones
~ Practice pranayama (breathing) to feel centred, calm and balanced
~ Practise yoga poses and feel supported, for specific symptoms such as :

On occasions, a guest speaker will join us to talk on various subjects and treatments such as CBT, Prescription non-hormonal treatment, alternative therapies as well as nutrition to support our hormonal changes.

As well as our in-person gatherings you'll have access to our private and exclusive Infin8space Menopause circle & support Facebook and WhatsApp groups.
This is the perfect complement to our circles and let us keep the ongoing support and sharing in between each event, which allows you to have any questions around the practises you learn, to be answered.
