About the Event
Make time to create space in your life, both emotionally, physically and mentally
Come along on Thursday morning for my joint session with Karen from Fit2Relax, where we will be helping you to slow down and connect your steady breathing to the safety within your body. You will be able to physically unwind deep tension, access the power of your emotions and move the energy within you to come into alignment.
Karen will introduce you to Trigger Point Pilates, focusing on releasing the body's fascia - expanding and creating more space for the muscles and spinal vertebrae, in particular, realigning the pelvis, improving posture and stimulating the nervous system.
After Karen's session, we will move on to my signature Nature's Rhythm Yoga session which - due to the upcoming Full Moon - will carry the theme of connection and gratitude. We will be tuning in with the moon and its energies and we will work mentally, spiritually and physically to bring you calm, strength and connection.

A little bit more about Karen ...
Karen has been teaching a range of sessions and classes for over 30 years - including rehabilitation and working with clients with a wide range of health conditions. ‘Trigger Point Pilates is different’ she says.
‘I get individuals coming to class saying their physio has told them their range of motion won’t improve much more, or that they have to learn to live with chronic pain. Why? Why should we live with this?’
After just one session many clients say ‘wow, I already feel different and the classes are getting some amazing results - with a range of movement and pain relief.
