Full Moon Energy Alignment

Please join our next full moon event when the Sun in Pisces forms an opposition to the Moon in Virgo. A Mercury and Jupiter link is taking place around the same time too.

Mercury represents communication and Jupiter brings optimism. 

It’s a time for Letting go of whatever has blocked you in the past.  Write a list of what you want to make space for in your life.

You will receive your full moon workbook that will help you understand the energies at play and assist in your efforts to stay accountable to your monthly intentions. 

We will practise energy alignment with breathwork and finish our session with a Yoga Nidra that includes a guided visualisation to seal the deal within.
