New Moon Energy Alignment

Come along to our next New Moon event where the Aquarius new moon energy will be touched by the meeting of the communicative Mercury and the loving Venus. 

It's time for a new start, to open ourselves to a flow of abundance and a time to set our intentions when it comes to our love life or finances. Let’s use this new moon energy to tear down the old structures that have no further use in our lives.

You will receive your new moon workbook that will help you understand the energies at play and assist in your efforts to stay accountable to your monthly intentions. We will practise energy alignment with breathwork and finish our session with a special yoga nidra that includes a guided visualisation, all the above give you the tools and the support needed to make the most out of this new moon in Aquarius.
