The Pisces moon is also said to have influence over certain organs - including feet and toes - which will become more sensitive during this time, and require extra care.

You will receive your Moon Energy Alignment Worksheet that will help you understand the energies at play and assist in your efforts to stay accountable to your monthly intentions. 

We will practice energy alignment with breathwork and finish our session with a Yoga Nidra that includes a guided visualisation to seal the deal within.
