One day fitness event extravaganza Join our team there on Saturday 12 October 2024 There will be 8 dedicated rooms and other sessions to choose from Our Infin8space Yoga room, PulseRoll room, TriggerPoint Pilates room, Wellness room Dance studio, Hip Hop Step Room, Totally Shredded (Shred UK team) room, and more.... THE INFIN8SPACE YOGA ROOM (Each session will be 50 minutes long). 9am. Nature’s Rhythm - Earth/Water - Chandra salutes 10am. Nature’s Rhythm - Fire  - Sun salutes 11am. Nature’s Rhythm - Air/Ether - Shiva Shakti flow 12pm. Nature’s Rhythm - Harness your energy - Infin8flow 1pm. (break) 2pm. TBC 3pm. Our Final class will be a longer duration. Yoga and sound healing meditation which will end around 4.45pm The whole day is £45 Secure with £5 deposit now
